How long does delivery take?

We aim to process and ship all orders by 5pm Monday through Saturday. Orders received after the cut off time will be processed the next business day. All orders are sent with first class (or equivalent) tracked delivery, which usually takes around 2-3 days.
All shipping times are estimates provided to us by our shipping partners. Delays could be caused by weather or missed delivery attempts.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We offer tracking of the status of your order and the tracking number allows you to track the delivery.

 

My order hasn't arrived yet?

Please check the status of the delivery with your tracking number.
If after 10 working days your item hasn't arrived message us. We will begin a lost in post claim, and issue you with either a replacement or a refund immediately.

  

Do you sell 100% authentic watches?

All of our watches sold are 100% Authentic Guaranteed, brand new, unworn and come in the original manufacturer packaging. 

Under no circumstances will we every sell fake/replica watches.

 

Do you sell any second-hand watches?

Currently we only sell 100% brand new watches.

 

Do your watches come in boxes?

Yes, all of our watches come in a  brand new official box, exactly as you would get if you were to purchase them in a high street retailer.

 

Are batteries included?

Yes, brand new batteries are included and already in place. All watches arrive in working condition.

 

Do the watches come with warranty/guarantees?

Yes, all of our watches come with the full manufacturer's warranty/guarantee.

 

How does my watch work?

Most brands have an instruction booklet for specific functionality, some eco-friendly companies do not provide booklets, instead they are available for download on their website.

 

What if my watch stops working?

Please contact us for assistance in the unlikely event you have issues with the watch.

Do you sell replacement watch straps?

Unfortunately we do not sell replacement straps.

 

What do the water resistance ratings mean?
3 ATM = Not intended for any exposure to water
5 ATM = Splash resistant, suitable for washing hands or light rain
10 ATM = Water Sports, suitable for swimming, surfing, etc.
20 ATM = Scuba Diving, suitable for extreme ocean depths
